We do not offer money back, eligible items may be returned as Store Credit Only. Our policy lasts 7 days from the delivery date, for exchanges or store credit only. If the 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange/store credit your item must be unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. All items returned will be subject for inspection once received. If item is not in original condition, unworn, unwashed or free of any stains, unfortunately we will not accept the return/exchange.

We are more than happy to do an exchange if you are not happy with the size. If size is not wanted, we can provide different options so please email us.

Damaged, Defective Or Wrong Item Shipped
Damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported to us with photos within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we cannot issue credit.
Melonie's Boutique reserves the right to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

We do not provide return labels
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage until you have received your store credit.
