General Information

Shipping is an estimated of 1-2 business days to process from when your order was placed. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and other applicable information, is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

Completing & Securing Your Order

USPS and UPS packages are insured unless you choose otherwise. Please take into consideration this is the only way to get your money back guaranteed from the carrier due to their mistake of lost, stolen or misplaced package. You also have the option to select signature required (highly recommended) on every order you place. 

Processing Time

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays to process. 

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Billing Address Not Matching

To ensure fast delivery of your order please ensure billing address is correct. If not, please note you may be selected for verification, and your order will not be shipped out until billing address is verified. You will receive an email if we need to verify your information. As we understand shipping address may vary, Billing address MUST be correct in order for us to process your order. 

Out Of Stock Items

If your order includes multiple items and one or more of the items are out of stock: we will first notify you to see if you would like a different size or color of garment/s and if no same day response we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

Lost, Stolen or Misplaced Package

USPS and UPS packages are insured unless you choose otherwise. If your tracking number states it was delivered but you have not received it please reach out to the shipping carrier. Any questions you may have after the package is shipped please reach out to the shipping carrier. 

Undeliverable/Wrong Address Inputted 

If you package is sent back to us due to undeliverable/wrong address you will be required to buy a new shipping label for us to ship your order back. As shipping carriers do not allow the re-use of the original label.
