We do not offer money back, eligible items may be returned as Store Credit Only. Our policy lasts 7 days from the delivery date, for exchanges or store credit only. If the 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. It is best to contact us day of Delivery for an exchange to process it promptly.
To be eligible for an exchange/store credit your item must be unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. All items returned will be subject for inspection once received. If item is not in original condition, unworn, unwashed or free of any stains, unfortunately we will not accept the return/exchange. Thus, you will be responsible for purchases a shipping label for us to ship the item back.
Additional Non-returnable Items:
If in the event your order qualifies for an exchange, that required shipping is at the expense of the customer for both ways to and from. If you make a new order you will still need to purchase the difference for the shipping cost via zelle/ paypal (unless second order qualifies for free shipping (spend $80+).
In the event that the size wanted for the exchange is not available/out of stock, one will receive store credit.

Damaged, Defective Or Wrong Item Shipped
Manufacture damage, defective, and incorrect items must be reported to us with photos within 2 days of receipt/delivered date. If not reported, we cannot issue credit or exchange. Day 1 begins the day it is marked delivered. Please note we are not responsible for damages caused by the carrier. Once package is out of our facility, we are not responsible for the package. Please ensure you purchase insurance at checkout to ensure your package is secure.
Markings or imprints done by the clothing itself or tags are not considered damaged. For example, the buttons leaving an imprint due to the way it was folded and etc are not considered damaged. If you wish to have your items steamed before we ship it out, please post in the comment section at checkout.
Melonie's Boutique reserves the right to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and paying for new item to be shipped back. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage until you have received your store credit and or receive the exchanged item.
